Dit forum is opgericht om opnieuw te beginnen. Vaak werden er al fora aangemaakt, maar altijd bleven die groepen er.
Na dat mensen van beide groepen de koppen bij elkaar staken, hebben we besloten een nieuwe start te maken. Wij proberen de tekenaars weer bij elkaar te brengen.
Om dit allemaal in goede banen te leiden, hebben we een aantal regels opgesteld.
- Iedereen is welkom, wat er in het verleden gebeurd is laten we daar. We geven iedereen een nieuwe kans.
- Er wordt niet gejat van elkaar, gebeurd dit toch, moet willig krijgt de gene(n) die dit doen een passende straf.
- Ruzies staan wij niet op het forum toe, via PB mag dit best, maar niet open op het forum. Hierbij zullen we ook ingrijpen.
- Iedereen mag zelf beslissen hoe hij zijn tekeningen post, wil je dit in PNG prima, wil je dit in JPEG+GIF+verkleinen is dit ook goed.
- Groepen zullen er op dit forum niet meer zijn. Iedereen zit op 1 forum en doe gewoon normaal tegen elkaar.
- Na registratie, ben je verplicht binnen een maand iets te posten.
Wanneer dit niet gebeurd wordt je account verwijderd en moet je je opnieuw aanmelden.
- Worden de bovenstaande regels niet nageleefd, wordt er streng opgetreden om te zorgen dat de andere leden met plezier kunnen blijven komen om hun ding te doen en te laten zien.

This forum has been started for a new beginning. In the past there where always new fora, but one thing remained the same al the time: the rivalry between groups.
When the rivalry between those groups last time (some of the people may have noticed this 'exploded'. A few other people came with the question: Is this the paintingworld we really want?
So a few people decided to stick the heads together and looking for a solution, which is a new start on a new forum.
Our goal?: Bringing all the people with the same hobby together on one forum without any rivalry.
To reach this goal, needs also this forum some rules.
- EVERYBODY is welcome, what happend in the past, stays in the past. We give everybody a new chance.
- We will not tolerate any theft. If you steal on purpose (so don't blame unknown people who are new to painting and found something on the internet) we will take appropriate measures.
- Fights on the forum will also not be tolerated. If there are problems, set this by PM with the other person. Fights in public will ended by the admins and moderators and there will also be appropriate measures for those who took part in it.
- Everybody may decide how he or she will post his/her paintings, if you want PNG fine, if you want JPEG+GIF+resizes is this also allowed.
Accept this from eachother, but making abuse of the goodwill of PNG posters (by stealing there work), will be seen as theft.
- There are no groups on this forum. Everybody is on this forum equal to eachother so act normal to everybody.
- After your registration, you have to post something within a month.
Otherwise, you're account will be deleted and you'll have to registrate again.
- Not following the rules will result in appropriate measures, and there will be reacted by admins or moderators, so that the innocent members can stay using this forum as it is meant to.
